How long are the coaching sessions?

If we haven't met, our first session is an introductory conversation, around 20 minutes long. Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes.

How does it work?

I help you clarify your goals, develop plans and strategies, keep you accountable to your goals and keep challenging you if you get sidetracked, stalled or lost. We acknowledge your wins and learnings along your journey.

Can you coach me via Skype or Zoom?

Yes. Individual Coaching sessions are in person, by telephone, Skype or Zoom.

Do I have to live in NZ?

No. I coach people all over the world by telephone or Skype/Zoom.

Who do you work with?

I coach individuals, couples and groups. People from all walks of life: People wanting more personal expression, career change, personal leadership development, relationships support and special projects.

How many sessions will I need?

Individualised plans are designed following a first consultation. For some people two-four sessions is all that is required, most people find ten sessions works best.

Costs for individual sessions, coaching and personal development packages are outlined in your intro session.

Do you have any coaching packages?

Coaching packages range from 3-6 months' duration and are scheduled at your convenience, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
